When to Order and Pick Up​

​You'll need to apply your color or toner as soon as practicable following your collection of your kit.  Should your application be delayed, we can prepare the color and toner solution separately, which will allow for additional time until your application (latest, next day).  You'll mix the two ingredients together with the bowl and brush we provide.  You'll have an opportunity to indicate a potential delay in your application when submitting your order.

​Your take-home kit can be prepared any day Wed-Saturday.  Once you've placed your order we'll be notified and will prepare it according to your order inputs.  You'll be asked to indicate the time window of your arrival at the salon.

• We can only offer preparation of your last, most recent root color formula only.  Adjustments to color formula must be made in-chair only please.
• Only TWO home color kit may be issued between in-salon appointments.  Thereafter we ask that you book your next color appointment in-house.
• Your color will be mixed and stored in an airtight container and, once prepared, you'll need to apply within a few hours.  Should you anticipate your color application will be delayed, we'll mix your color and developer separately to prolong the application time longer (by a few more hours, or next-day application).
• Home Color kits are intended to augment your existing in-salon appointments, and are NOT intended to replace a regular in-salon service.  
  
• As we have no control over the application process, no guarantees are offered for at-home services save that we have faithfully prepared your last, in-salon color formulation.
  
• In the event a kit is purchased, but cannot be prepared, a credit will be issued to the clients account that can be used on their next, in-salon service (payable towards goods or services).  No refunds are issued via our bank card processor.
  
• If your color usually requires pre-softening, double-application, and is particularly difficult to achieve 100% grey coverage, you may not be a suitable candidate for this service.
